Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Upen Reddy website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
About Our Products
Upen Reddy creates luxury fashion pieces that are thoughtfully designed and, in many cases, handcrafted. Because of the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery or finish may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of the character of a handcrafted piece.
Product images are intended to represent the actual product as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including incorrect product information, pricing errors or inability to fulfil an order.
For customised, personalised or made-to-measure pieces, we may contact you to confirm measurements, preferences and design details before production begins.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders
Customised and made-to-measure pieces are created specifically for the individual customer. Once production has begun, these orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary depending on the product, customisation, location and availability.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, will not be considered a failure to fulfil the order.
